This is a random subset of 50 species of the 2015 LifeClef Bird challenge.

We only give here data from the TRAIN SET, split in SUBTRAIN and SUBVALID set, with their labels.

Then you can train your model on SUBTRAIN, and evaluate it on SUBVALID.

We provide the script for AP evaluation on your predictions (matlab / octave).

Two folders are given, by species or by data set. 

Names of the species is the international label.
We can give the list of the common species names if you prefer.
